The Foundation

The Omicron Iota Lambda Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 charitable organization aligned with the Omicron Iota Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.  Its purpose is to develop and promote education through scholarships, mentoring, youth development, and the elimination of illiteracy, juvenile delinquency prevention and other programs.  

The foundation is governed by a 9-member Board of Directors, who are members of the Omicron Iota Lambda Chapter.
